Morning Coffee

Humans are amazingly creative and inventive creatures aren't they???
We can send probes to Mars. We can clone mammals. Probing the depths of the sea and the human psyche are normal activities each day.
So.....
Why can't someone make a coffee pot that doesn't drip down the flippin' side and on to the counter???
