Where's The April Showers???

I've found out that baby Daisy still isn't doing too great at the moment. The doctors have run some tests, but they were inconclusive. I don't think it's meningitis though - if it was I reckon it'd be pretty obvious by now, so at least that's something to be glad about. The doctors are going to be running further investigations today so there should be some better news tomorow.
I spoke to my cousin Simon earlier. He's all excited as he's booked a weeks holiday to Vegas in June. I'm getting a little suspicious though. When I asked him if he was going with Mark (his brother) he refused to say, then when I asked if he was going with his girlfriend he went all coy and quiet on me. I'm wondering if they are thinking of getting married out there??? I know, I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but this is exactly the kind of thing Simon would do. I did make him promise that if he won any money in a casino he'd split it with me though.....
I know the next thing I talk about is extremely dull, but I feel I have to mention it seeing as its so rare!!! The last couple of days have been extremely hot for an April in London. Yes folks, we have had sunshine and blue skies. What happened to the famous 'April showers' ???
Unfortunately the sudden changes in temperature have had an adverse effect on my M.E, and I have found myself feeling pretty lethargic all day today, although I guess this could also have been brought on by my trip to therapy. When you don't leave your house for months at a time its these little things like this that you notice more and more.
I'm hoping to be well enough to go out over the holiday period though. Mum has taken a week of work, so it'd be nice to do something together, even if it is just a trip to the pub for lunch or something similar. I'm not going to get my hopes up though. If I carry on like I have done the last few weeks there's no chance of me going anywhere. I can always dream......
