Where's The Switch???

Today my emotions remind me of flipping a light switch.....
- I'm happy
- Down I'm sad
- Up I'm laughing
- Down I'm mad
- Up and Down
- Down and Up
- Up I'm fine
- Down I'm stressed
- Up I'm giddy
- Down I'm depressed
Up and Down, Down and Up, Up Up Up, Down Down Down..... all this has made my head keep spinning around.
Does anyone know where the off switch can be found???
